We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Channel Account Manager to join our team and drive our business to new heights. Position Overview: As the Channel Account Manager at HBS, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding our partner networks. You will closely collaborate with our channel partners and internal teams to oversee end-to-end sales procedures, proactively pursuing opportunities to ensure successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain enduring, long-term relationships with our channel partners to cultivate loyalty, promote sales growth, and ensure retention.
2. Effective Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from our channel partners through various communication channels. Provide accurate and beneficial information to partners.
3. Quotation Development: Work with our procurement team to create precise and competitive quotations tailored to the specific needs of our partners.
4. Deal Progression & Sales Conversion: Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, actively managing and advancing deals from initial requirements to successful closures.
5. Opportunity Follow-up: Proactively and systematically pursue opportunities to increase conversion rates. Provide timely follow-ups to nurture opportunities and address partner queries or concerns.
6. Opportunity and Deal Tracking: Maintain comprehensive records of all sales opportunities and deals. Utilizes systems or tools to log pertinent details, including opportunity/deal names, values, vendors, and expected closure dates.
7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance and track key metrics. Provide precise sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and opportunities.
8. Problem Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and efficiently. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
9. Continuous Improvement: Seek customer feedback and analyze key issues. Collaborate with internal teams toenhance services and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of experience in a direct/indirect sales role.
•Native Russian speaker.
•Proficiency in English (Level B1 or higher).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Resident of Moscow
