We specialize in seamless online payment processing for Internet Merchants, opening bank accounts, and securing financial licenses. As we continue to expand, I'm excited to invite a dynamic and driven Account Manager Assistant to join our innovative team.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to coordinate the onboarding of new Online Merchants, liaising with banks to secure approvals for merchant businesses, and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our Account Manager. You'll provide continuous support, ensuring our clients’ success and satisfaction.

You'll work closely with our Account Manager, gaining invaluable insights and experience.

As an Account Manager Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a detailed weekly task plan, allocating specific hours for each task.
  • Regular usage of the task management system to assign, accept, and update tasks, and complete necessary regulations and tests.
  • Completing the outlined tasks in the weekly plan on time, achieving a 100% KPIs without any delays;
  • Assisting the Account Manager in coordinating the process of document collection for onboarding online merchants;
  • Communicating with banks to obtain approval for client businesses and open merchant accounts;
  • Participating in the negotiation of contracts with clients and lawyers;
  • Assisting the Account Manager in coordinating the process of technical integration of the website with the payment processing system;
  • Ensuring that the client goes live strictly within the deadlines specified in the contract, and promptly inform the Account Manager of any violations;
  • Collecting and analyzing data on the conversion rate of the Online Merchant's traffic, and develop strategies to increase the conversion rate together with the Account Manager.
  • Filling out forms and coordinate processes for opening bank accounts, registering companies, and obtaining financial licenses.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Account Manager.

As an Account Manager Assistant, you should be able to:

  • Learn quickly a huge amount of information;
  • Prioritize the tasks and reschedule the planned tasks if there is an emergency;
  • Monitor and ensure timely execution of plans;
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management abilities;
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Mandatory requirements

  • You have a minimum half a year experience in working with clients;
  • You are in the process of getting higher education degree or already have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance, Marketing, or related field;
  • You are proficient in both English and Russian, written and oral, at a minimum С1 (Advanced) level;
  • You are proficient in utilizing back-office software and Microsoft Office.

  • You are punctual: you value time as a crucial resource and consistently meet deadlines and commitments; avoid lateness and ensure compliance with requirements and agreements; demonstrate reliability in managing schedules and timelines.
  • You are diligent: you display a positive attitude towards work and a readiness to invest time and energy into tasks; enjoy the work process and strive to perform duties with interest and dedication; avoid procrastination and low-quality work, contributing positively to the team.
  • You are flexible: you show the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, tasks, and established plans and habits; quickly adjust to new conditions and requirements; demonstrate a willingness to change approaches and methods to achieve better results.

Working conditions

  • Job type: full-time
  • Remote work
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (Latvia time)
  • Weekends and public holidays according to the Latvian calendar
  • No business trips are expected
  • Service agreement
  • 28 days of paid vacation per year

Compensation

  • Remuneration: 700-900 EUR for the first three months
    900-1100 EUR starting from the fourth month
